1 weeks left of this 3 week block focuses on re-balancing your body, putting it back into alignment, breathing techniques to connect the mind and body whilst challenging you core muscles through small, gentle, controlled movements to improve strength, posture and flexibility. Moves can be adapted to suit all levels and you work at your own pace.
