Our classes are gentle and suitable for everybody, especially beginners and even those completely new to exercise, including those who have recently undergone surgery or are recovering from injury.
​
Cost of classes are £9 per session and paid monthly. Missed classes are non refundable however we are realistic and understand that sometimes life gets in the way so you are welcome to make up any classes at another venue (space permitting and pre-arranged).

Recorded classes are available to do at home.

Realistic Yoga
Our Yoga classes are Hatha yoga, which is a gentle style of yoga that is suitable for all abilities and beginners especially welcome.
Would you love to try Yoga but don't think you are flexible enough? Nervous because your balance is terrible? Scared you will feel out of place?
Well, Realistic Yoga is perfect for you!
These complete beginners classes will help you to improve your balance, mobility, flexibility and strength. Yoga unites the mind, body and soul to ease tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and wellbeing.
Yoga is a great addition to any other sport as it will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles.
It is so important to take time out for yourself to connect with your mind and body. Practicing mindful movement, breathing techniques and meditation will leave you feeling refreshed, revitalised and calm.
