1 to 1 sessions are ideal if you are nervous of joining a group class or have a specific area you wish to work on.
Whether you struggle to get up and down from the floor safely or want to free yourself from pain, we will work together to achieve your specific goals.
These sessions can be held in the privacy of your own home or a suitable local hall.
£40 per home session
£45 - £50 hall booking depending on venue.
